Job Summary
Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with accuracy while handling cash balancing. Open and maintain retail deposit accounts, managing signature cards and address changes to ensure operational smoothness. Deliver top-notch service to existing and prospective customers by acting as a knowledgeable resource for inquiries regarding bank products and services. Maintain a positive demeanor at the service windows while adhering to all relevant banking laws, including the Bank Secret Act and FinCEN Regulations. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on federal and state regulations and compliance procedures. Primarily office-based with direct customer interaction, requiring the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have knowledge and experience with computer programs used throughout the course of the workday
