Job Summary
Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with accuracy while handling cash balancing. Open and maintain retail deposit accounts, managing signature cards and address changes to support overall office functions. Deliver top-notch service to existing and prospective customers by acting as a knowledgeable resource for inquiries regarding bank products and services. Maintain a positive demeanor while assisting customers at the service windows, ensuring all operations meet legal and regulatory standards including the Bank Secrecy Act and FinCEN Regulations. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in federal and state compliance procedures. Primarily office-based with direct customer interaction at service windows, requiring the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have knowledge and experience with computer programs used throughout the course of the workday

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
