Job Summary
Process garnishments, levies, and reclamations on customer accounts while reviewing and mailing interest checks for accuracy. Maintain return mail, dormant accounts, and inactive records, including KMN account maintenance. Complete research requests for CO Banks, resolve service issues, and monitor positive pay and legal/branch research. Perform ATM live functions as needed and process mobile and ATM deposits. Review various reports and other assigned duties. Requires good customer service skills and ability to work under pressure with constant interruptions. Monday through Friday, hourly $23-$24.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- Ability to operate a PC with keyboard accuracy and speed
- Ability to work under pressure, meet critical deadlines and have constant interruptions while doing assigned responsibilities including reconcilement, verification and computer input
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Seeing: 75-100%
- Must be able to read computer screens and reports
- Hearing: 75-100%
- Must be able to communicate with customers and employees
- Standing/Walking: 50-74%
- Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 0-24%
- Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0-24%
- Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: 75-100%
- Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- Monday through Friday
- Not a remote or hybrid position
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of FiServ preferred
- Knowledge of Windows based programs preferred
- Skills in good customer service and telephone courtesy
- Banking experience preferred
