Job Summary
Supervise and delegate tasks to a team of support workers to ensure values-based care is delivered to the highest standards. Support adults with conditions including dementia, mental health issues, and physical disabilities by following care plans, administering medication, and assisting with daily living activities. Manage both late shifts and early shifts, including additional sleep-in duties for emergency cover. This role requires previous support worker experience and aligns with Making Space's core values of Kind Hearts and Tailor Making within the Kingshill Residential Home community in Wigan.
