Job Summary
Support residents with daily living activities including toileting, bathing, and medication administration while maintaining high levels of personal and psychological care. Answer nurse calls, doors, and telephones, promptly passing on messages and reporting client well-being to GPs and support managers. Conduct regular checks on clients as directed by senior staff and complete required records, including changeover and keyworker documentation. Assist and supervise junior and new staff members in all aspects of their work under senior supervision. Deliver a warm, friendly, and safe environment aligned with a person-centred approach to care.

- Ability to support/assist residents with all aspects of daily living
- Ability to support training and supervision of junior and new Staff Members
- Ability to answer Nurse Call system
- Ability to answer the door and telephone appropriately
- Ability to respond accordingly and pass on messages promptly
- Ability to report on well-being of Clients
- Ability to liaise with GPs and Support Managers
- Ability to carry out regular checks on Clients
- Ability to deliver a high level of personal and psychological care to all residents
- Ability to arrange rotas to meet their care requirements
- Ability to complete records to a satisfactory standard
- Ability to ensure changeover and Keyworker documentation are fully completed within agreed timeframes
