Bank Secrecy Act Specialist

Job Summary
Process and enforce the daily Customer Identification Policy (CIP), issue and document OFAC overrides, and certify Automated Clearing House (ACH) files. Review and process BSA Review Cases and Currency Transaction Reports (CTR's) to ensure compliance with established regulations and policies. Complete, file, and audit all CTR's while maintaining regular attendance and adhering to all banking rules, regulations, and laws. Utilize desktop/laptop computers and specialized software systems for alphanumeric data entry using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Perform semi-repetitive tasks requiring concentration and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with rotating Saturday shifts from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training
- Regular use of desktop/laptop computer, basic operating systems, and specialized software systems
- Basic experience with alphanumeric data entry, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Processing
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance, punctuality and personal appearance
- Reads, writes, and communicates in a clear and efficient manner via various types of correspondence, such as, in person, phone, email, letters, etc
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable banking rules, regulations, and laws (including BSA/AML)
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Rotating Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Total Hours: 40
