Provide personalized support to adult residents following individual support plans to develop independent living skills, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, and socialising. Organise and participate in varied daily activities such as art, crafts, music, sports, gardening, shopping, and swimming. Encourage individuals to gain confidence and achieve personal goals while navigating rehabilitation for brain injuries. Apply transferable care skills to help residents overcome hurdles and live the life they want.
Required Qualifications
- At least 12 months UK experience
- Genuine empathy for residents

- Excellent face to face communication skills
- Good standard of literacy
- Good time management skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- 3 years of checkable references
- DBS/PVG checks
