Assess, implement, and evaluate high standards of resident care while leading staff motivation and ensuring adequate coverage during manager absences. Maintain effective communication by reporting day-to-day changes to the senior care team and ensuring all care procedures comply with policy and the Care Standards Act. Order, administer, and record medicines according to statutory requirements, provide personal care including washing and dressing, and offer physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort. Deputise for the Manager, carry out staff supervision, appraisals, and induction programmes, and participate in recruitment and internal quality audits. Implement agreed routine changes and assist with budget management within the Kingfisher House Care Home environment.
