Bank Registered Nurse

Provide safe, high-quality care to patients before, during, and after ophthalmic procedures within a specialist eye care environment. Support the surgical and refractive pathway by assisting with surgical lists, theatre flow, and ward-based patient care. Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC standards while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Use clinical judgement to identify concerns requiring consultant or surgeon input and support infection prevention and clinical governance standards. Work closely with consultants, theatre teams, and wider clinical colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience. Requires NMC registration, minimum one year post-qualification hospital nursing experience, and flexibility to cover shifts across Wetherby, York, and Bradford.
