Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic imaging using MRI and CT equipment at Buckshaw Hospital, Buckshaw Village, Chorley. Track, process, and manage images in RIS and PACS while performing audits and assisting with patient booking. Build relationships with hospital departments and consultants to support diagnosis, treatment, and patient care. Requires HCPC registration, a diploma or degree in diagnostic radiography, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in diagnostic Radiography
- HCPC registration
- evidence of post registration development
- ability to participate in on call rota
- ability to work evening/weekends as required
Desired Qualifications
- SOR IV cannulation certificate
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Passion to deliver high quality diagnostic services
