Job Summary
Bank Manager to lead a diverse team of bankers in a downtown Chickasha, OK location within a full-service bank environment. Responsible for improving location performance, staff development, and revenue growth while ensuring operational excellence, adherence to bank policies and procedures, and high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include coaching and developing employees, managing schedules and overtime, training and supervising operations, sales and service activities, handling customer inquiries and escalations, generating non-interest income, and growing deposits and loans. Direct involvement in community events and maintaining customer relationships, with occasional travel to other locations and requirement to work Saturdays. In-person position with residency in Oklahoma.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Proven knowledge of banking products and services as well as standard banking procedures and regulations
- Self‐starter and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a collaborative team environment
- Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present information professionally and clearly
- Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and high integrity
- Training consists of teller training prior to operating a teller drawer
