Job Summary
Bank Manager oversees retail banking sales and service delivery at a branch, coaching employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet profitability goals. Responsibilities include advising customers on products and strategies to meet financial objectives, identifying referrals to other business groups, developing and executing a branch business plan, conducting sales calls, establishing a personal referral network, and supporting community involvement. Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including Regulation Z, Regulation G, and the SAFÉ Act, and maintains knowledge of personal banking and credit card products, services, and trends. Leads and develops a high-performing team, evaluates performance, resolves issues, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to drive branch growth, wallet share, and customer retention. Also monitors and analyzes service performance, implements programs and processes, and supports training to maintain sales effectiveness and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
