Job Summary
Lead and coach branch staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales in Retail Banking. Act as originator of consumer loans under regulatory guidelines (Reg Z, Reg G, S.A.F.E. Act) with Federal registration requirements, while building a personal referral network and delivering strategic branch goals. Develop and execute the branch business plan, drive customer acquisition and retention, conduct targeted sales and service activities, analyze data to close performance gaps, and maintain strong relationships with internal partners (CDC, MasterCard, Symcor) and the community. Maintain knowledge of personal banking and credit card products, compliance standards, and risk controls; communicate goals and plans to the team and guide performance through coaching and development.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience - preferred
