Job Summary
The Bank Manager is responsible for guiding, directing, and coaching employees to deliver exceptional service and to understand customer needs. Key responsibilities include advising customers on products, supporting sales and customer service activities, developing branch business plans, and conducting sales calls. This role demands in-depth knowledge of retail banking, collaborative leadership, analytical problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. The position requires compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and involves working with various internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Desired Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience - preferred

- Working knowledge of branch operational processes and policies
- Working knowledge of branch technologies, processes, and performance metrics
- Working knowledge of applicable regulations, audit standards, and related policies, procedures, and directives
- Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
Additional Requirements
- A criminal background review and credit history evaluation will be required
- Restrictions on performing in a real estate agent capacity
