Job Summary
Guides, directs, and coaches branch staff to deliver exceptional service, develops and executes a branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share, conducts sales calls and develops personal referrals, and provides strategic advice to customers on banking products and loans while ensuring compliance with regulations; serves as an originator of consumer loans under applicable regulations and supports sales and customer service activities to meet customer financial objectives, all while fostering team development and community visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent
- previous supervisory or management experience - preferred
- in-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services
- working knowledge of branch operations and policies
