Job Summary
Lead and coach Centennial, CO branch staff to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales and profitability objectives. Originates consumer loans in compliance with Reg Z/G and SAFE Act, conducts referrals to other business groups, and builds a personal referral network through community engagement and targeted outreach. Develops and executes the branch business plan, monitors performance against plan, analyzes data to identify opportunities, and drives customer conversations with strategic advice on personal banking and credit card needs. Partners with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance, risk controls, and alignment with Bank policies; fosters a high-performance culture and develops talent through coaching and training.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of relevant banking or financial services experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services
- Working knowledge of applicable regulations, audit standards, and related policies
- Regulatory knowledge including consumer lending and licensing requirements (e.g., NMLS)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain internal/external stakeholder relationships
- Ability to conduct sales calls and develop personal referrals
