Job Summary
Conduct personal care duties with close supervision while monitoring the physical and emotional well-being of clients to alert senior colleagues of any changes. Collaborate with team members to ensure rehabilitation goals are implemented, maintain accurate reporting and documentation, and promote client choice by enabling concerns and complaints to be raised freely. Safeguard service users, handle cash and valuables, and facilitate a safe working environment by occasionally taking on reasonable additional tasks. This role supports neurological care recovery in Preston, offering a competitive rate of £13.21 per hour with £1 extra on Bank Holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience of working within a team
- Care delivery experience
- Willing to provide personal care
- Good communication skills
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- IT skills including accessing and using the internet, email and word
- 3 years of checkable references
- DBS/PVG checks
