Job Summary
Bank Health Care Assistant (Bank HCA) in Birmingham, delivering safe, compassionate non-emergency transport for patients 12+ with complex mental health needs. Drive and assist patients in a specially adapted non-emergency ambulance, follow care plans and safety protocols, use de-escalation techniques, maintain vehicle readiness and cleanliness, and record patient information using digital or paper systems. Trajectory includes building trust with patients, communicating with empathy, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of patient care.
