Job Summary
Bank Finance & Regulatory Reporting Solutions Partner role focusing on banking finance transformation for regional and mid-sized banks. The role bridges product, customers, and sales to ensure cloud-based accounting and regulatory reporting solutions address regulatory reporting requirements (including Call Reports and FR Y-9C), financial controls, and close processes. Responsibilities include defining market requirements, translating needs into product capabilities, prioritizing enhancements and roadmap investments, engaging with CFOs/Controllers/CAOs, supporting strategic sales, delivering executive workshops and thought leadership (white papers, webinars, conferences), and building business cases for finance transformation. The position emphasizes senior stakeholder engagement, industry expertise in regulatory reporting, and leadership in bank finance modernization efforts, with travel as needed and remote work from the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in banking finance, accounting, regulatory reporting, or financial controls
- Deep understanding of U.S. bank regulatory reporting requirements, including Call Reports and FR Y-9C reporting
- Experience with cloud-based finance technology solutions
- Experience working within a bank finance organization, regulatory reporting function, controller's group, or finance transformation practice
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage effectively with CFO and Controller-level stakeholders
