Bank Fee Oversight & Analysis Manager

Job Summary
Lead and own the Bank Fee Oversight & Analysis function across a global banking network. Drive end-to-end validation, reconciliation, and allocation of bank fees; analyze fee structures, pricing, and volumes to identify cost drivers and optimization opportunities; investigate discrepancies with banks and internal teams; push for cost savings through renegotiations, routing optimization, and consolidation; collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, and Bank Account Management on negotiations and governance; deliver dashboards and KPIs to leadership and support audits. Focus on process improvements, automation (incl. TMS), data quality, and scalable solutions to support Treasury’s banking strategy and financial performance. The role is non-managerial in terms of direct reports, with emphasis on ownership and execution of initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in finance/accounting/economics (or related)
- 5–10+ years in Treasury, banking, finance, or financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of bank fees, transaction banking, global payments, and financial analysis (incl. reconciliations & expense management)
- advanced Excel and reporting tools
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), multi-currency/global banking, and bank fee benchmarking or negotiations
- Self-driven with ability to operate independently and deliver initiatives end-to-end
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
