Bank Facilities & Security Manager

Job Summary
Own facilities operations across multiple locations, ensuring spaces are safe, functional, and well-maintained for teams and customers. Serve as the on-the-ground point person for major projects, including new builds, renovations, and post-construction initiatives, while building relationships with contractors, property managers, and vendors. Proactively inspect sites to identify needs, manage preventative maintenance schedules, and coordinate work through ServiceNow to minimize business disruption. Oversee physical security responsibilities including access control, camera systems, alarm response, and incident audits. Manage vendor contracts, invoices, and budgets, while leading a direct report within the facilities function.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing facilities across multiple locations for an organization
- Demonstrated experience overseeing construction, renovation, relocation, or significant facilities projects
- Working knowledge of building systems and trades, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general construction
- Strong project management skills and the ability to keep multiple projects, requests, vendors, and priorities moving at once
- Comfort using technology and work management systems to organize, document, and track work
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound judgement and the ability to recognize what you can solve independently and when an issue needs to be escalated or requires additional stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- A collaborative, approachable style paired with the confidence to hold vendors and contractors accountable
- Experience with physical security programs, access control, cameras, alarms, or related responsibilities
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing facilities team members
Desired Qualifications
- You've managed facilities for a bank, financial institution, or another organization with a distributed branch or office network
- You've supported a major office move, new location buildout, or ground-up construction project
- You've worked closely with general contractors and construction superintendents and are comfortable spending time on site during active projects
- You've used the ServiceNow platform to manage facilities requests, work orders, and ongoing maintenance
