Job Summary
Bank Equipment Technician based in the McKinney, TX area responsible for cleaning and detailing exterior, updating signage/decals, inspecting electrical components, performing minor refurbishments, and changing light bulbs on Automated Teller Machines and Kiosks. Duties include removing nonstandard signage, cleaning interior stainless-steel surfaces, ensuring the area around machines is clear, completing project work (alarm surveys, ADA inspections, software updates, site surveys, lighting measurements, other inspections), sanitizing high-contact surfaces, inspecting ATM equipment and drives, taking meticulous photos, organizing paperwork and inventory, and performing other assigned duties. Requires smart device familiarity, strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, good communication, reliable independence, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with electrical functions or general repairs
- Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and travel to multiple sites
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
- Willingness to travel within covered area
- Equipment cleaning and maintenance experience preferred
- Trade school or apprenticeship a plus
