Job Summary
Maintain the appearance, functionality, and compliance of ATM and banking equipment at customer locations by cleaning, inspecting, detailing, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. Perform basic maintenance tasks like light bulb replacement, remove unauthorized signage, and conduct site surveys including alarm inspections and ADA compliance reviews. Capture detailed photographs of equipment and service work while maintaining accurate records and inventory documentation. Travel to customer locations in a company vehicle to complete project-based assignments and ensure a clean, debris-free work area within a 10-foot radius of serviced equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile technology
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and climb throughout the workday
- Ability to carry and safely use a 10-foot ladder
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to drive for extended periods as part of daily travel requirements
- Good hand-eye coordination and vision correctable to 20/20
Desired Qualifications
- Experience performing electrical work, equipment repairs, maintenance, or other field service work
- Trade school education, technical certification, or apprenticeship experience
