Bank Equipment Technician

Bank Equipment Technician based in the Frisco, TX area to cover ATM/Kiosk maintenance in Plano and surrounding areas. Duties include cleaning and detailing exterior and interior components of Automated Teller Machines and kiosks, removing nonstandard signage, cleaning stainless surfaces in bank vaults, wiping down bollards, ensuring a clear 10-ft radius around machines, completing project work such as alarm surveys, ADA compliance inspections, software updates, site surveys, and lighting measurements, sanitizing high-contact surfaces, regularly inspecting and dry-wiping ATM equipment, photographing required devices and areas, organizing paperwork and inventory, and performing other duties as assigned. Skills include smartphone familiarity, strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, ability to work independently, Microsoft Office proficiency, and excellent customer service/communication. Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50+ pounds, work indoors/outdoors in all weather, and travel as needed.
