Job Summary
Support children's learning and development through engaging experiences and learning moments while delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters, and the Fennies curriculum. Work flexibly across different settings, rooms, and age ranges to provide additional cover whenever needed, collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive team culture and follow routines for smooth day-to-day operations. Uphold high standards of safeguarding and health and safety at all times. This flexible, zero-hours role offers up to £14 per hour with opportunities for regular or ad hoc shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters, and child development
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) – or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS check
- Proof of identity
