Job Summary
Respond promptly to customer calls and online inquiries, investigating and resolving account-related issues while providing guidance on banking products and services. Accurately document all customer interactions in a fast-paced, remote call center environment. Availability for evening or extended hours is required, and candidates must complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test. This role supports clients across multiple industries within MCI's global business process outsourcing and customer experience solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Strong numeracy and communication skills
- Availability for evening or extended hours
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
