Job Summary
Provide in-home healthcare support for clients with complex needs (e.g., spinal injuries, PEG, tracheostomy) in their own homes. Responsibilities include complex care tasks, moving & handling, medication administration, and personal care, with a nurse-led, person-centred approach. Requires a full UK driving license and UK work authorisation. Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care desirable. Willingness to train and develop within a supportive team led by an Operations Manager and Registered Nurse.
