Band and Orchestra Sales Specialist

Demonstrate merchandise with proper product knowledge to match customers with the correct instruments and accessories. Build and maintain meaningful relationships by assisting clients in selecting and purchasing items through in-person, telephone, email, and event interactions. Drive personal sales goals that contribute to overall store results while effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings. Participate in community and school events promoting music to people of all ages. Possess effective communication skills reflecting active listening, critical thinking, and a customer-focused tone. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Business, or related field preferred; musical instrument knowledge and playing experience ideal.
