Job Summary
Perform non-invasive vascular ultrasound investigations, including carotid, venous, and arterial studies; produce detailed diagnostic reports; maintain accurate patient records; ensure procedures align with clinical protocols and safety standards. Collaborate with consultants and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective patient care. Work independently with a varied caseload. Requires HCPC registration, a BSc in Clinical Physiology or an equivalent vascular ultrasound qualification, at least 2 years of vascular ultrasound experience, strong communication skills, and recent NHS experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- HCPC registration
- BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent qualification in Vascular Ultrasound
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a vascular ultrasound role
- Proficient in performing and interpreting a wide range of vascular studies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Recent NHS experience preferred
