Job Summary
General and Vascular Sonographer needed in Grimsby to perform general and vascular ultrasound examinations with emphasis on DVT scans. Requires HCPC registration (or equivalent), proven experience in general and vascular sonography, competence in DVT scanning, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team. Must maintain accurate records and uphold high clinical standards while delivering patient-focused care. Band 7 role with Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00 (possible weekends) in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- HCPC registration (or equivalent professional accreditation)
- Proven experience in both general and vascular sonography
- Competence in performing DVT scans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
