Job Summary
Band 7 CT Radiographer in Central London responsible for performing a wide range of CT examinations with emphasis on CT imaging and neuro-CT, operating CT scanners, patient preparation and positioning, and cannulation for contrast studies. Work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining accurate records and adhering to radiation safety protocols. Role requires flexibility to cover long days, nights, and weekends to meet service demands; HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer and experience in CT (and interventional imaging) are essential.
Required Qualifications
- HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer
- Experience in CT imaging and interventional imaging (preferably at Band 7 level)
- Cannulation competence
- Strong understanding of radiation protection and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Flexible shift patterns including nights and weekends
