Job Summary
CT Radiographer Band 7 in South-West London responsible for performing a variety of CT examinations with precision and care, including CT (Cardiac CT) and Interventional imaging. Responsibilities include patient positioning, operating CT equipment per clinical protocols, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring patient safety and image quality. Must communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, adhere to safety and QA procedures, and be flexible for long shifts. Requires HCPC registration and significant CT imaging experience; cardiac CT and interventional experience desirable.
Required Qualifications
- HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer
- Significant experience in CT imaging, ideally at Band 7 level; Cardiac CT and Interventional would be desirable
- Strong understanding of CT protocols and radiation safety
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexible approach to working long shifts
