Job Summary
MRI Radiographers at Band 7 or Band 8a to perform a wide range of MRI examinations using state-of-the-art equipment in a London healthcare facility. Responsibilities include ensuring image quality, managing patient care during procedures, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards. Band 8a candidates may supervise junior staff, coordinate workflow, and contribute to service development initiatives. Strong communication, independence, and collaboration skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- HCPC registration as a Radiographer
- Extensive experience in MRI scanning
- Proven ability to work with advanced MRI systems and protocols
- Strong understanding of MRI safety and patient care standards
- Experience in NHS or equivalent hospital settings
- Band 8a: leadership experience and ability to supervise and support junior staff
