Execute daily operational routines for the F&I area, supporting commercial teams and senior staff in credit process conduct, document formalization, and registration. Receive, verify, and forward client data sheets for credit analysis via the FANDI system and bank portals. Track credit proposal status to ensure timely returns to sales and management, while contacting banks and financial institutions to monitor approvals and formalizations. Issue financial product invoices and perform write-offs per financial sector guidelines. Update and maintain operational controls and reports on proposed, approved, and rejected proposals, organizing required documentation to ensure internal compliance. Support the F&I manager in monitoring operational indicators and updating the database. Requires 6–12 months of experience in administrative, credit, or internal customer service areas.
