Job Summary
Manage a key strategic project involving Gen AI tool development or digital customer journey enhancement, including timeline coordination, stakeholder engagement, and deliverable tracking. Support a senior team member with project documentation, meeting preparation, and follow-ups. Conduct targeted research and basic data analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Participate in team discussions to contribute innovative ideas. Available to commit through December 2026, with a minimum of three days per week during the school term. Candidates must be in the office Monday to Wednesday for at least half a day each.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
- Available to commit through December 2026
- Minimum commitment of three days per week during the school term

- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently
