Job Summary
Bancassurance Associates will liaise with banks to promote insurance products, provide advisory services to bank clients, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include product marketing with district managers, managing promotions for market penetration, handling bancassurance operations for life and general business, ensuring timely responses to requests, processing premiums and underwriting, maintaining relationships with bancassurance officers, and supporting reporting and analysis of sales performance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of sales experience, strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and organizational skills; in Lagos (Crossriver area), in-person role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in economics, business studies or related field
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent marketing and negotiation skills
- Good relationship management skills
- Ability to self-motivate and manage self
- Good IT, budget and report writing skills
- Ability to maintain high grooming standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to understand and analyse sales figures
