Job Summary
Develop and maintain advanced AI automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier; connect systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and custom connections; apply AI technologies (LLMs, AI agents) to automate business processes (e.g., Customer Support agents, R&D feedback loops); translate complex business requirements into reliable, fully documented workflows; manage the transition from MVP builds to production-ready solutions aligned with global HQ standards; proactively troubleshoot and continuously improve automation pipelines for efficiency and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in AI automation, technical integration, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience building workflows and AI agents using n8n and platforms like Make.com
- Experience building AI chatbots and optimizing RAG-based knowledge bases
- Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, and databases
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and integrating them into business workflows
- Ability to document processes clearly for global teams
- Clear English communication and ability to collaborate with remote teams
