Job Summary
Senior AI Operations & Automation Manager responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-level automation workflows across portfolio companies using n8n, Make.com, and Zapier; proactively identifying inefficiencies in business processes and redesigning workflows to maximize ROI; building AI-powered agents for tasks like automated email handling, document generation, and internal support; integrating AI solutions with existing stacks (ClickUp, CRMs, emails, dashboards); ensuring automations are well-documented and scalable; acting as a strategic consultant to prioritize technical initiatives with business value. Role is independent contractor, part-time (20 hours/week, CET), fully remote with CET working hours, monthly rate $800-$1100 (annualized to $9,600-$13,200). Must have 5+ years in automation/operations/AI-integrated systems, hands-on experience with n8n/Make.com, experience building AI agents or RAG-based chatbots, ability to translate business problems into technical solutions, familiarity with ClickUp or similar tools, and a self-starter attitude.
