Job Summary
Executive Assistant serving as the central coordination point for day-to-day operations across multiple companies. Responsible for communications, CRM accuracy in GoHighLevel, documentation, and reporting; manage priorities, follow-ups, and independent operation after onboarding. Daily tasks include managing WhatsApp, email, and internal messages; tracking open items and deadlines across companies; proactive client/consultant/contractor coordination; maintaining GoHighLevel CRM records and organized Google Drive file structures; preparing concise daily founder summaries. Weekly duties include high-level project/deal overview, bottleneck reporting, ensuring next actions for deals/projects, and supporting meeting preparation and related contracts. Requires 2+ years of Executive/Admin Assistant experience; experience in construction, real estate, or property development strongly preferred; CRM proficiency with GoHighLevel; outstanding organization and attention to detail; ability to work independently; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as Executive/Admin Assistant
- Experience in construction, real estate, or property development preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel
- Proactive, organized, reliable
- Ability to manage high volumes of communication
- Proficient in Indonesian (advantageous)
