Job Summary
Greet restaurant patrons, answer phone calls, and ensure guests are seated promptly for a favorable dining experience. Remember names and faces to personalize interactions, answer menu questions, and distribute seating equally among servers. Receive cash, operate the register, make change, issue receipts, and reconcile totals against cash on hand. Pre-bus tables during peak periods, promote casino events, resolve minor complaints, monitor the dining room for debris, and occasionally prepare sandwiches, coffee, and pastries. Requires English proficiency, cash handling skills, basic math for POS transactions, and one year of high-volume restaurant experience.
Required Qualifications

- calculate basic math functions as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory
- 1+ years' experience in a, high-volume fine dining or casual restaurant
