Job Summary
Regulatory Affairs Officer in SEB Baltic compliance group focused on engaging with regulators and supervisory bodies (ECB, national FSAs), coordinating responses to regulatory queries and inspections, and tracking supervisory measures (e.g., IMAS). Advises internal stakeholders on regulatory expectations and supervisory trends, supports development/update of internal policies, and ensures consistent interpretation of regulatory requirements across the Baltic states. Requires solid background in EU banking and financial services regulatory framework, strategic thinking, experience with investment services, AML/CFT/Sanctions, 3+ years in risk management/finance/regulator, project and stakeholder management, excellent communication, English proficiency, and an academic degree in law, finance or economics.
