Job Summary
Regulatory Affairs Officer duties include engaging with regulators and supervisory authorities (ECB, national FSAs) and coordinating responses to regulatory queries and inspections; tracking supervisory measures (e.g., via IMAS) and supporting governance, policy development, and interpretation of regulatory requirements across the Baltics; requires solid EU banking and financial services regulatory knowledge, strategic thinking, experience with investment services, AML/CFT/Sanctions is an advantage, at least 3 years in risk management/finance in financial institutions or regulators, project and stakeholder management skills, and excellent English; academic degree in law, finance, economics or equivalent is required.
