Job Summary
Regulatory affairs officer engaging with regulators (ECB, national FSAs) and supervisory bodies; coordinates responses to regulatory queries and inspections; tracks supervisory measures (e.g., via IMAS) and advises internal stakeholders on regulatory expectations and trends; supports development/update of internal policies ensuring consistent interpretation of regulatory requirements across the Baltics; requires a solid EU banking/regulatory background, project management, stakeholder management, and strong English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Solid background in EU banking and financial services regulatory framework
- Experience with regulatory requirements in investment services, payments, AML/CFT/Sanctions is an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in risk management, finance, or related field in a financial institution or regulator
- Project management skills and ability to oversee complex regulatory projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in an international environment
- Excellent English language skills (written and oral)
- Academic degree in law, finance, economics or equivalent
