Job Summary
Digital Sales Intern for the Baltic markets (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) to engage with customers in Baltic languages, prepare offers, follow up on leads, support the sales funnel from first contact to successful deal closing, leverage AI tools to optimize sales processes, and boost customer happiness. Requires enrollment in an Erasmus+ program, availability for at least 6 months in Hamburg, and native-level fluency in Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian (Russian a plus) with solid English for internal communication. Mentorship and startup culture offered; many interns transition to full-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university
- Available for a minimum of 6 months in Hamburg
- Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian; Russian is a strong plus
- Solid English skills for internal communication
- Strong communicator, motivated by reaching goals and helping customers succeed
- Eager to learn and ready to take responsibility from day one
