Job Summary
Clean and maintain all stadium areas including the seating bowl, concourse, outfield decks, press box, and restrooms through sweeping, vacuuming, window cleaning, and mopping. Sweep and pick up trash while continuously emptying garbage bins and operating the trash compactor before, during, and after games. Hose down seating bowls and concourses, clean inflatables in KidZone, and stock restrooms with necessary supplies pre-game, during, and post-game. Replenish sanitizer and sunscreen stations and respond promptly to any cleaning issues. Ensure proper signage is displayed in wet areas to prevent slip hazards. This seasonal role runs from mid-April through mid-Oct and requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating cleaning equipment in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift
- Frequent reaching, twisting at the waist, bending, squatting, and climbing stairs
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Pushing and pulling equipment such as mops, brooms, trash containers, and hoses
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and trash compactors
