Job Summary
Supervise the preparation, deployment, scheduling, pick-ups, and audits of all ballot drop box operations. Manage training and supervision of 30+ temporary ballot and mail couriers, assigning routes and inspecting work completion while maintaining Chain of Custody documentation. Establish and monitor ballot custody transfer processes, audit timecards, and ensure all courier teams remain bipartisan. Assist other Early Voting division teams as needed. Requires high-level organizational skills, valid Arizona Driver's License, and mandatory overtime during election cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in a warehouse or delivery operation
- High School diploma or GED
- Must complete the next scheduled Secretary of State Election Officer Certification
- Must successfully complete a background screening
- Must be eligible to vote in Arizona
- Must possess, or have the ability to obtain by the time of hire, a valid Arizona Driver's License
- Mandatory overtime during all election cycles
- Ability to lift floor-to-shoulder and shoulder-to-waist a minimum of 40 pounds and carry for 100 feet, and to push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds for 200 feet
- Use of a pallet jack, box truck, and Microsoft Office products
