Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, in-person ballet instruction to students in grades K-5 at the Maricopa, AZ site. Prepare for daily sessions by reviewing lesson plans and materials, then teach from Nexplore's curriculum while managing all supplied instructional resources. Maintain compliance with site expectations, engage in professional communication with Program Success Manager and site personnel, and participate in family engagement efforts. This part-time role runs Tuesdays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM between August 4 and October 20, with compensation of $75 per hour of class.
Required Qualifications
- AA Degree (or higher)
- Must commit to the full proposed schedule
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to complete mandatory training
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years teaching/instructing (preferred)
- Experience working with children
- Educational (development or training) experience
- Teaching degree or certificate is a PLUS!
