Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, gather contact details, and enter information into the CRM while maintaining rapport through trade-in suggestions and lead follow-ups. Present professional product knowledge on new and pre-owned vehicles, accompany clients on demonstration rides, and close sales by negotiating price, explaining warranties, collecting payment, and delivering vehicles. Manage your own calendar for appointments, participate in daily sales meetings, and maintain showroom cleanliness. This role requires a valid driver's license, up to 10% travel, and includes a 90-day paid training program with performance-based compensation.
Required Qualifications
