Baler - Utility

Baler-Utility role focused on supporting overnight production operations in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Primary duties include general plant cleaning and organization, operating a baler to process recyclable materials, removing gaylords, sorting tissue per prints/nonprints, and rotating to assist other assets as needed. The position requires 12-hour night shifts (6 PM–6 AM) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, with weekend premiums and built-in days off. Candidates should be dependable, hands-on, and willing to grow, with basic math and reading comprehension skills, the ability to stand for long periods, and the capacity to work safely in a manufacturing setting.
