Job Summary
Baler Operator / Material Handler with Clamp Truck experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Operate baling equipment and a Clamp Truck to move recyclable materials, load balers, document bale weight and material grade, and stage materials for production. Use forklift or Clamp Truck to transport materials and finished goods, load trailers with baled materials, and maintain safe, organized workspaces. Read scales, ensure proper weight distribution, and communicate equipment issues to supervisors. Requires experience with baling or Clamp Truck, safety-focused operations, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM).
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Baler Operator, Material Handler, or similar role preferred
- Experience operating a forklift and Clamp Truck required or preferred
- Strong understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Ability to accurately track and document materials as a Baler Operator
- Experience in material handling, recycling, or production environments preferred
